The kind of graffiti that shows up unannounced on your garage door or on a park bench is usually also unwarranted (and in the case of Chicago, often gang-related). But when graffiti becomes street art and showcases an urban neighborhood, it becomes chic and inspiring. And when it’s pet-inspired, all the better.
