Over the past few weeks, I’ve struggled with being able to cook for myself. I lack enthusiasm and patience. I like to come home and eat right away. Then I usually end up snacking and not eating a full, balanced meal. So in an attempt to start things right and learn new recipes, cooking is slowly becoming a daily occurrence. A few samples: french toast and black bean soup with sautéed chicken.

I’m impressed!! The french toast looks yummy and the chicken, soup and salad is very balanced and healthy. Kudos to you BBD!!
