Last night Chick and I headed over to Chicago Party Animals, a venue near the West Loop that hosts dog meetup groups (cute!). You can even rent out the space to host doggie birthday parties.
At last night’s event though, all proceeds from the beverage bar went directly to One Tail at a Time, the rescue group Chicklet is from. The space was filled with happy, bounding pups and their owners, plenty of beverages to go around and several yummy food trucks waiting patiently outside. By the end of the evening, Chick had made a friend and even ventured into the crowd for a bit. My pup is growing up.
