Not sure how this is comfortable.
The weekend flew by, especially since I spent almost all day on Saturday volunteering for the Safe Humane Court Case program at Animal Care and Control. It was an intense experience and I’d love to share more about, which I will. But first, a few photos from the rest of the weekend which was cool and somewhat relaxing.

This weekend we’ll be heading up to LaCrosse, Wisconsin for a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, Chick won’t be able to attend so she is off to visit with Ginger and my mom. If she were coming though, I’d completely expect her to attend the wedding with me, obviously. Have a good weekend, friends!
The first day of fall is just days away, which means sweater weather is right around the corner. That means Chick needs a new coat and I’m torn. So I’m asking you all: which jacket do you like best? The Nor’easter dog blanket coat or the suede shearling? Both seem to have decent reviews and both are reasonably priced. What do you think? Yay or nay? Neither? Both? Clearly I’m in need of some guidance.

This past weekend actually felt like fall, which was a nice change of pace after the record-breaking heat wave we’ve had all summer. I spent it outside with a pumpkin spice latte, my bike, a few friends and of course, Chick, who attended her very first play group just for small dogs and the Renegade Craft Fair as the ambassa-dog:)
